Pottsville pee wee basketball signups are open for 3rd through 6th grade. All skill levels are welcome. The deadline to sign up is this Sunday October the 19th. The online signup link can be found on the Pottsville Athletic Booster Club Facebook page or by using the QR code on the yard signs around the elementary school, middle school and junior high.

Miliary Families-- The Arkansas Council for Military Children holds a virtual or in-person public forum to receive feedback from Arkansas uniformed services families regarding the effectiveness of the provisions of Arkansas law pertaining to the children of military families.
The Council will hold its first forum of the 2025-26 academic year on October 2, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. This forum will be held virtually. The forum will begin with a brief presentation on resources available to support military families and then transition to time for military families to speak with Council members.

I'm Rachel Hoien (rhymes with "coin"), and I'm excited to teach at Pottsville Upper Elementary this year! I'll be teaching 4th grade English Language Arts. I love reading, cooking, and plants. My husband and I have lived on a farm outside Atkins for 24 years and we have 3 children who are 19, 17, and 16 years old.
