I'm Rachel Hoien (rhymes with "coin"), and I'm excited to teach at Pottsville Upper Elementary this year! I'll be teaching 4th grade English Language Arts. I love reading, cooking, and plants. My husband and I have lived on a farm outside Atkins for 24 years and we have 3 children who are 19, 17, and 16 years old. I am looking forward to being part of the Pottsville Apache Tribe and meeting each of my students!
